The rigour that legal texts demand
In legal translation every word matters. A poorly rendered clause in a contract, an imprecise court decision or an ambiguous power of attorney can have serious consequences. Rabat Translation Services translates your legal documents with particular attention to terminology, document structure and references to legislation.
The agency was founded by Nizar TAWFIQ, a graduate of the King Fahd School of Translation in Tangier and a member of the National Order of Translators of Morocco. It works with individuals, lawyers, companies and organisations from its office in the Hassan district of Rabat.

Our approach
Terminology and legal systems
Moroccan law, French civil law and common-law systems do not always share the same concepts. When a term has no exact equivalent, we choose the most faithful wording and, where useful, keep the original term to avoid confusion.
Structure and references
Article numbering, clauses, appendices and references to legislation: the structure of the original document is preserved to make comparison easy. Names of parties, dates, amounts and registration numbers are checked carefully against the original.
Confidentiality
Legal documents often contain sensitive information. They are handled with the strictest confidentiality and never shared with third parties.
Legal interpretation
For appointments with a notary, a lawyer or an administration, we also provide legal and consecutive interpretation.
Quote
Pricing depends on the volume, the technical level of the text and the deadline. Send your document via WhatsApp or the quote form to receive a free quote. For company supporting documents (tax certificates, CNSS, commercial register), see also our page on administrative documents.
