Translations prepared for your UK visa application
When you apply for a UK visa from Morocco, many supporting documents are issued in Arabic or French. UK Visas and Immigration (UKVI) asks that every document that is not in English or Welsh comes with a full translation. According to the official guidance on gov.uk, each translation must be dated and include the translator's confirmation that it is an accurate translation of the original document, the translator's full name and signature, and their contact details.
Rabat Translation Services is a translation agency in Hassan, Rabat, founded by Nizar TAWFIQ, a graduate of the King Fahd School of Translation in Tangier and a member of the National Order of Translators of Morocco. Tell us your file is for the UK and the translation is prepared with these UKVI elements in mind.

Visitor, student, work and family visas
Standard Visitor visa
Visitor applications usually rely on financial and employment evidence. Bank statements are often long, so send us every page you plan to submit and we will quote the full set at once.
Student and Skilled Worker visas
Universities and sponsors may ask for translated academic records. Our page on diploma and transcript translation explains how we handle grades, mentions and stamps.
Family visas
Relationship and family evidence usually means civil status records. See birth and marriage certificate translation.
France, Canada and other destinations
We also translate documents for French long-stay visas and Campus France applications, and for Canadian immigration. Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) requires documents that are not in English or French to be accompanied by a translation into one of those languages. Requirements such as certification, a translator's declaration, legalisation or an apostille vary from one country and programme to another, so always check the official checklist and share it with us.
