Names, dates and places: consistency first
Arabic names can be transliterated into Latin script in several ways. We use the spelling shown on your passport or national ID card and apply it identically across every translation in your file. Hijri dates, where they appear, are reproduced as written, and marginal notes on the certificate are translated together with the rest of the document.
Before sending your documents, check whether the receiving authority requires recently issued certificates: some only accept records issued within the last three months.
